Thanks to Dana Davis, those painful days are over. The shoe designer has collaborated with a foot and ankle surgeon to create footwear that is high on both style and comfort.

Handcrafted in Italy, the debut collection includes chic ballet flats, strappy sandals, and peep-toe slingbacks, all complete with customized arch supports, built-in or removable orthotics, and strategic cushioning.

Color choices range from bright orange, turquoise, and yellow to neutrals like black, beige, and brown.

Talk about fancy footwork.
