Right in the Kisser

Savory to Sweet At-Home Cooking Classes

You can eat a meatball sub and disseminate juicy work gossip in three minutes flat. It’s no secret that you have a big mouth.

Bring your yapper down to size with Amy Kohen’s at-home appetizer and small bites class. The owner of Savory to Sweet catering specializes in cold- and room-temp dishes (read: Make them way before any shindig).

Kohen, a graduate of Johnson & Wales, goes way beyond veggies and dip. Pick the menu beforehand and during the 90-minute class you’ll learn to make dishes like citrus crab salad in cucumber cups, sesame seared tuna loin on wontons with wasabi mayo, and beef tenderloin crostini with avocado.

Kohen brings everything you’ll need — from cutting boards to crackers — so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Except, of course, your antics at the company picnic.

To schedule a class, e-mail Amy Kohen at amy@savorytosweet.com. For more information, go to savorytosweet.com.
