Planet Dirt's Dirt Biking Lessons

You took astrology hoping to gaze at the stars. But couldn’t handle the math (or keep a straight face when anyone said Uranus).

Put yourself on a different orbit with a one-day dirt bike riding lesson from Planet Dirt.

Designed for biking newbies and peddle pushers, the five-to-six hour class will have you on a hog whipping around an outdoor track immediately. Instructors provide equipment (helmet, goggles, and motorcycle) and are certified to teach, so you won’t end up as roadkill.

The small class size (no more than eight people per session) ensures you learn how to shift, throttle (jump logs, if you want), and cruise without getting off course. You’ll have wind in your hair, adrenaline in your veins, and be living life on the edge — for a day, anyway.

Consider it a small step.

Planet Dirt, 97 Route 106, Plympton (508-247-9593 or planetdirt.com).
