What: Chef Jeff Fournier fetes the limited-edition crustacean with a different recipe for each day in May (crabs arrive daily from Maryland).
Why: Dishes ($12-$28) range from no frills (Old Bay-seasoned crab, fries, drawn butter) to avant-garde (soft-shell mac ’n’ cheese).
