In a cavernous converted warehouse, Chris Parsons (Parsons Table) utilizes the fruits of the season with sausage-stuffed quail, lobster and kale gnocchi, and a classic sirloin with salt-roasted potatoes and smoked mushrooms. Funky snacks (pickled quail eggs, fried green olives) are tempered by throwback cocktails (Gin Fizz, French 75).
