Owner Lori Peljovich’s product tastes like actual yogurt, complete with the protein, calcium, and live cultures. You get to boost or negate the health quotient with your toppings (i.e., fresh fruit versus Fruity Pebbles). The area’s overworked like the late hours and delivery service, while longtime residents appreciate Brigham’s ice cream. It’s the only spot in town to dole it out freshly scooped.
