The secret? Interval training classes. For 60 minutes, you and up to 24 classmates will alternate between treadmill running and weight lifting to the beat of a pump-you-up sound track.
Energetic instructors lead you through each exercise. If you’re a walker or fear man bulk, no biggie: You pick your own pace and weight amount.
Some classes target the full body; others focus on back and shoulders, arms and abs, and butt and legs. Whichever you pick, you’re guaranteed to burn serious calories without being bored.
