Southern Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

tribute restaurant chicago!

Between blogs, Twitter, and Facebook, it’s hard to break news these days (tear).

But not impossible (smirk).

We got a sneak peek at Tribute’s top-secret cocktail pairing menu (the anticipated South Loop resto opens tomorrow). Beverage director Steve Cox’s culinary background (Kith & Kin, Trio) blends seamlessly with chef Lawrence Letrero’s comforting, regionally inspired dishes.

Before we give you the goods, a few fast facts: Tribute (serving breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner) overlooks Grant Park. The half-lounge, half-dining room space is ecofriendly to a tee.
