Chemp Chip Energy
Serves one
Ingredients
1 c. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Bliss organic hemp beverage (original flavor)
1 Sambazon pure unsweetened açaí smoothie pack
3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 70
½ c. organic frozen cherries
¼ c. Navitas raw cacao nibs
3-4 drops SweetLeaf chocolate stevia
Combine all ingredients and mix in a Vita-Mix blender or Magic Bullet.
Coco-Vanille Power
Serves one
Ingredients
11 oz. Vita Coco plain coconut water
½ tsp. organic vanilla extract
1 scoop Sun Warrior vanilla protein
1 tbsp. Barleans Total Omega Swirl (orange flavor)
Combine all ingredients and mix in a Vita-Mix blender or Magic Bullet.
Green Tea Latte Energy
Serves one
Ingredients
1 c. Stonyfield Oikos plain Greek yogurt or Green Valley Organics plain yogurt (lactose free)
1 c. green tea, cooled
½ c. loosely packed mint, chopped
Juice and zest from 2 organic limes
1 tsp. honey
2 c. ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a mixer or Vita-Mix blender.
