Shake One Part Cinco, One Part Derby

Hibiscus cocktail recipe from The Darby

hibiscus paloma cocktail!

Tomorrow is both Cinco de Mayo (a legit reason to get tipsy) and the Kentucky Derby (a legit reason to get jazzy). To help us toast the fortuitous alignment, we enlisted barkeep Andres Santillana of The Darby.

Top yourself off with hat and tropical Hibiscus Paloma. But drinker beware: Two make it a fiesta; four put you past the finish line.
