Scream for Ice Cubed Ice Cream and Ice Pops

A chiller thriller

ice cubed!

When it comes to trying new things, you’re a square.

Shape up with Ice Cubed, the newest experimental ice cream truck to hit the streets.

After placing an ad on Craigslist for a “slightly crazy ice cream chef,” Ice Cubed founder Erika Stone-Miller found her man: Adam Harralson, former pastry chef at The Gage and Henri.

He dreams up deranged desserts (we mean that lovingly); she traverses the city, dishing out Chinese takeout containers filled with ice cream cubes in flavors like pepperoni, Sweet Georgia Brown (peach brown sugar ice cream, spiced stewed peaches, and hot buttered rum swirl), and Black Velvet (black onyx ice cream, brownie, cream cheese ribbon, and smoky Scotch caramel).

Boundary-pushing ice pop varieties include Prix Fixe (a layered meal of prosecco, lemon beet salad, bresaola, veal ragu, and tiramisu); go tamer with tangerine pomegranate.

They do private parties, too.

Now you’re thinking outside the box.
