Brew Your Own Beer at CHAOS Brew Club

BYOB takes on new meaning

chaos brew club!

Your last attempt at home brewing was utter mayhem.

Restore order to the learning process with help from Erick Ignaczak (a.k.a. Iggy) and David Williams, cofounders of CHAOS (Chicago Homebrew Alchemists of Sud).

Memberships give you access to CHAOS’s online community, discounts on workshops and the group grain supply, and entree to the crew’s 1,000-square-foot West Town brewhouse, equipped with everything from a temperature-controlled fermentation room to a motorized malt mill (for crafting all-grain and extract batches).

Brewers of all levels are welcome. Recently, a CHAOS member won Lagunitas’s home brewer competition. Fusion VIII, a small-batch black IPA, is currently on tap at locations throughout the city.

Sample it while you can (there are just 100 kegs).

It’s the yeast you can do.
