Just pretend for a moment that an amazing little wine bar opened on a quiet Andersonville street a few weeks ago.

Let’s call it, oh, Joie de Vine. (Hypothetically.)

Now imagine the space is relaxing, comfortable, and very hip. Small but sleek, serving varietals from Australia, Italy, California, Argentina, France, and Spain. Picture yourself stopping by with friends to sample delicious cheeses, olives, truffles, and charcuterie. You leave giddy about your discovery.

Then you realize this is no fantasy. It’s for real. But there’s one nagging problem: It’s, um, your job to report on this stuff.

So, reluctantly: Joie de Vine is the perfect wine bar.
