Every quart is personalized to your specifications. First you select the mix: gelato, classic, or super-premium. (Fat percentages range from 8 to 14 percent. But don’t think about that, dummy.) Then choose from an array of anything-but-humdrum base flavors like litchi, black walnut, hot pepper, cardamom, and rosewater. There’s even cucumber and cotton candy.

But your Boozy Floozy and Smart Tart (feel free to have fun with the naming of your masterpiece … Go ahead. Be a poet) won’t be complete until you’ve added the toppings, which range from the classic — M&Ms, Oreos, chocolate chips — to the weird — Pop Rocks, red beans, and cheddar cheese.

It’s okay. No one needs to know you’re a Cheesy Weezie.
