The season of making lists (and checking them twice) isn’t over yet. Time for resolutions.
1. Stop fighting with younger brother. (As if.)
2. Dust weekly. (Snicker.)
3. Smile more. (In this weather? Fat chance.)
4. Get in shape. (Fatter chance.)
Well, hold on, there. Don’t give up on that last one. Together We Tri, a triathlon-training program, believes you can do it. Over twelve weeks you’ll attend 24 clinics where you (and a group of like-minded trainees) will learn to run, bike, and swim. The coaches’ tips and techniques will help you avoid the aches and pains you might encounter if you were to go it on your own, and their personal training plans (for days when the whole gang doesn’t work out together) will ensure that you’ll be in tip-top shape come the big day.
You could discover you actually have resolve.
