But when it comes to wine, they have us all roped into thinking they’re the only ones who can make a splash.

We’ve found a spot that just may take the wind out of their sails. Set your compass north and head to Andersonville’s In Fine Spirits, a new shop chock-full of non-European wines. Its shelves are a study in mixed company, with bottles from North American, South American, Australian, and New Zealand producers arranged by varietal. Most come in at less than $20, and two tables up front are stocked with options priced lower than $12.
