Some would consider your sweet and sour chicken addiction a problem. (Your version of pulling a Kate Moss is rolling a moo shoo pork on the coffee table in five seconds flat.)
And the Styrofoam wall in your refrigerator might be a sign that maybe — just maybe — you’re ordering in a little too often.
Sounds like someone needs to check out The Prep Kitchen, a make-and-take meal shop in Forest Park. Here’s how it works: Log onto the website, choose from the month’s selection of meals, fill out an order form, and send it back. Then show up at your chosen session time and get to work.
Each pre-ordered meal has a designated station; you’ll find all the fresh ingredients sliced, diced, bagged, sectioned, and peeled for you when you arrive. Just read the recipe, assemble, wrap for the freezer, slap on a cooking instructions sticker, and you’ve got home-cooked meals for a month.
Without having to tip a soul.
The Prep Kitchen, 7237 Madison Street, Forest Park (708-366-7737 or theprepkitchen.com).
