Dear Self,
Hey, you. It’s me. You. (You know.)
It’s been a while since I’ve written a full-blown letter, but a Post-it note on the fridge wasn’t going to cut it this time. You see, I’ve been watching what’s going on with us and I think it’s time that you, I mean we, start paying a little more attention to the old self.
I was hoping we could unwind at this new spot in River West called Tsubo. It’s off the beaten track in an old industrial loft building. Not the kind of place we would normally go to relax, but the unfussy raw space has a warm and inviting feeling.
All the services focus on well-being (both inside and out) — hair, nails, ear candling, reiki, yoga, massage, personal training, and NIA (a mix of modern dance, jazz, yoga, tai chi, and a night out at the clubs).
If you’re interested in checking it out, let me know. Or just make an appointment.
I promise I’ll show up.
Tsubo, 1821 West Hubbard, suite 201, between Wolcott Avenue and Wood Street (312-492-8490).
