Take one: Camille caresses the cozy cashmere, loops it around her torso, and voila — a vest.
Take two: Vicki grabs the vest, turns it inside out, twists and tweaks, and behold — a scarf.
Take three: Sissy snags the scarf and finagles it around — now it’s a pashmina.

Any takers? The beauty of new cashmere line The Breed is that it can play a variety of roles. Born of an experimentation with fine fabrics and neutral color palettes, the line’s fall/winter collection is a mixture of avant-garde silhouettes and exotic shapes.

So a headscarf can morph into a sweater vest; a knit top into a mini. Oddly placed seams make the look edgier — a perfect foil for the softness of the material. There’s no right or wrong way: It’s all about changing it up and inventing a style.
