Eat, Drink, and Be Merry
The Personal (Singing) Chef

Ah, weekend planning. You want to eat out. Your crush is going to a concert. The chums are jonesing for improv.
You could play rock, paper, scissors. Flip a coin. Compromise (gasp!).
Or you could call David Maish, a personal chef who sings, plays guitar, rocks the drums, and performs comedy routines (he trained at Second City). If you’re nice, he may even do a backflip.
Whether it’s six courses over three hours or a family-style dinner, Mr. Renaissance Man aims to please. If you’re into themes (vive la France!), he’ll create a menu to match (with beaucoup de delicious dishes). If you’re not, he’ll cook signature plates from his restaurant, David’s Bistro. His favorite? Maple nut salmon with shallot-spinach fondue and sweet potato chips. And chocolate ooze cake to top it off.
You’ll eat, sing, and laugh till you’re blue in the face.
You can juggle all that, right?
David Maish (847-803-3233 or dave@davidsbistro.com).
