Over the years, your eyebrows haven’t had the best pluck.

They actually started out as it — as in, the unibrow that ruined your chances of getting asked to any junior high dances. Soon enough, they were pencil thin and, at their worst, penciled in.

Put the tweezers down and let eyebrow and makeup artist Nicole Jacob give you the highbrow look you’re after. Really: She can craft a quality arch from even the fuzziest forehead. (Uh, not that we mean you or anything.)

The fifteen-year beauty vet has worked at Elizabeth Arden Red Door, Lancôme, and Tiffani Kim, where she mastered makeover looks from pretty and natural to black-tie bold. She’s since set up shop at Paul Rehder Salon, where she has a loyal clientele and her own makeup line.

Now that’s what we call an arc de triomphe.
