Missoni, Pucci, and Coach have one thing in common.

You can spot them from a mile away.

For something just as eye-catching but less obvious, try Richard Ruiz’s holiday collection.

Ruiz designs all of his own prints, from butterflies to the butterfly leopard (flies instead of spots!) to palm trees. The silk charmeuse kimono dress with dolman sleeves and a pinched waist is his signature; printed oversize dresses, baggy overalls, and wool ponchos in silk, wool crepe, and cotton round out the line. Rich tones like berry, rust, midnight, and violet are perfect for the chillier months.

But you’ll want to keep an eye out for the jersey kimono dress next spring.

Not that it’ll be hard to miss.
