MySpa Opens at the Fairmont

It’s hard to complain about being rubbed with oil by an anonymous pair of hands.

But bad massages have been known to happen.

Not at MySpa, opening today in the Fairmont. The gigantic (11,000 square feet!), ground-breaking (iPod docking stations, what what!) space has top-notch technicians.

Plus, every treatment is customizable. Bad breakout? Not after a steamy facial. Post-coital neck ache? They’ll untie your every knot. There’s also waxing and a nail suite with scented nail polish to boot.

Break a sweat in the state-of-the-art fitness studio, then grab your other half and soak in the couple’s tub (it fills from above). But you may not even make it that far. The space itself is treatment enough, with pebble-lined floors, sea-inspired tiled walls, and lighting so serene your eyelids will droop.
