Snackdown

The Bristol Restaurant Opens

eat up!

On your last trip to the The Wiener’s Circle, you smeared ketchup on your date’s face then dipped a fry in it.

You’ve since decided to take a more mature approach to late-night snacking.

Starting today, you can head to The Bristol, a highly anticipated snack spot for big kids. Operated by John Ross (One Sixtyblue), Phillip Walters (N9ne), and Chris Pandel (Tru), The Bristol delivers kiddie grub with an upscale spin: monkey bread (biscuits with butter, dill, and sea salt), cheddar cheese fritters, duck-fat fries, and stuffed chicken wings (chorizo, blue cheese cream).

A full menu and a rotation of handcrafted beers and seasonal cocktails are also available. Hardwood floors, Edison bulbs, and exposed brick walls make for a lofty, homey vibe.

Weekend brunch launches mid-October.

Giving you just enough time to clean up your act.
