Some people veg out.
Cynthia Kallile loafs.
Literally. The owner of the Meatloaf Bakery spent months perfecting fifteen mouthwatering recipes to serve at her new Lincoln Park storefront.
This ain’t your average meatloaf. Pick from options including The Mother Loaf (traditional), No Buns About It Burger Loaf (tastes like a bacon cheddar burger), Omega-3 Loaf (salmon), and Yentl Lentil (veggies only).
Kallile also offers three types of mashed potatoes (garlic spuds, cheesy taters, Yukon smashers), daily veggies, and a salad from an old family recipe.
Serving sizes are as follows: bite-size loafies, single-serving cupcakes (frosted with sides like Yukon smashers and mixed peppers), and pastries (loaves that serve four to six).
Resist the temptation to gorge on-site. Instead, take your grub home, follow the heating instructions, and dig in.
You’d do anything for loaf.
