That’s not how you roll.

For events that require a sugar fix (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, dinner parties, showers), call Baking for the Taking.

Windy City Rollers teammates Carnage Wilson (a.k.a. Table 52 pastry chef Leslie Morris) and May R. Daley (a.k.a. Marisa Martinez) met at tryouts and bonded over baking — and breaking. Today, they cook custom creations and deliver them to your door.

Martinez consults with clients of all ages (her youngest was 3) about their likes and dislikes. Most requested items include white chocolate mousse cake, banana cupcakes with peanut butter icing, toffee brownies, and lime mousse torte. Then Morris, a decorating whiz, bakes and personalizes the treats.

Remember to give them at least two days’ notice for small orders.

Or they might skate you.
