Start by adding Windy City Soul Club to your calendar. The first Saturday of every month, the deejays throw a hipster-heavy, fashion-forward, modern-day sock hop at The Viaduct.

Music aficionados Nick Soule, Ben Pirani, Aret Sakalian, Xavier Velez, Kevin Jones, and Jason Berry want to add a little soul to your repertoire.

Using records from their personal collections, the crew spins mostly ’60s with a smattering of ’70s and ’80s, blasting both the recognizable (The Supremes, The Temptations, Curtis Mayfield) and best-kept secrets (The Oracles, The Tomangoes, Paris).
