So you best know about Roof, opening tomorrow on the 27th floor of the new Wit hotel. The half-indoor, half-outdoor lounge is designed so that you can swill specialty cocktails and enjoy 365-degree views of the city (with telescopes!) until the weather turns chilly again.

Chef Todd Stein (David Burke Las Vegas, MK) woos with small-plate Italian nibbles (wood-roasted artichokes, grilled lamb burgers, sweet pepper and goat cheese crostini) and individual pizzas from the wood-burning oven (sweet fennel sausage, prosciutto and ricotta).

Food is served ’til 2 a.m. on weekends.
