When throwing parties, you tend to bite off more than you can chew.
So you’ll be chomping at the bit to hire Elaina Vazquez and her five-star catering biz, Boutique Bites, to service your next soiree.
Vazquez honed her skills at Tru and Avenues before hauling off to Vegas to work for Robuchon (rough life). Now she’s back in action in our parts, whipping up nibbles for parties both large (500) and small (5).
Dishes like Vietnamese meatballs, truffled-ricotta gnocchi, duck confit tacos, and Dijon-glazed lamb chops combine Vazquez’s French training with her Latin background. She preps everything beforehand and finishes on site.
If you’d rather roast than host, ask Vazquez for a one-on-one cooking lesson in your home.
Pretty easy to swallow.
