fusion of color cosmetics!

Geology was never your thing.

Sedimentary. Metamorphic. Ignoramus. You’d rather rank your rocks according to the five Cs.

Here’s something you can dig: Fusion of Color Cosmetics, a local, handmade mineral-based line. After playing kitchen chemist with formulas gone awry (cue awful green-tinged punim), self-professed makeup junkie Kathy Duncan struck gold with an imperceptible foundation spun from finely milled minerals. Soon after, she launched FCC.

The all-natural finishing powders, foundations, and concealers (custom blended, if you wish) mimic an airbrushed effect — brightening, blurring, and perfecting with zero irritation.

With vibrant hues for the eyes, cheeks, and lips — mica-flecked amethysts, russets, and quartz — earth studies suddenly don’t look so bad.

Mine on.
