Let The 24 Carrot Supper Club rescue you from your piggish fate. Developed by health guru Heather Crosby (YumUniverse) and chef Valerie Bolon, the roving resto debunks the myth that vegetarian/vegan food isn’t filling — or, for that matter, delicious.
At the holiday kickoff (December 2), 50 lucky diners will sip Koval cocktails at a secret location before sitting down to a multicourse gourmet meal (that happens to be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free): roasted beet and avocado napoleon, autumnal caramelized onion and apple soup, sweet potato parsnip ravioli, three-squash lasagna, and delectable sticky almond cake.
Free of processed products, it’s bound to please even the porkiest palate. After the aperitif, it’s BYO (Bolon can recommend wine and beer pairings in advance).
Up next: a friends and lovers V-Day dinner and country-themed supper with a bluegrass band. Space is limited; don’t be afraid to hog it.
