Movies Under the Moon
What: Every Friday in June, grab a blanket and stake a spot beneath the stars for a free flick (first up is The Wizard of Oz).
Why: Whole Foods giveaways, plus cheap eats and drinks (hot dogs, pork sliders, chips, sodas, wine, and beer) from Gordon Biersch.
When: Fri., 7-10 p.m.

Polo for the Planet
What: Prestonwood Polo & Country Club, a nonprofit org supporting local and sport charities, hosts a market with Texas artisans and programs that focus on recycling, sustainable living, energy-efficient products, gardening, and organic foods. Also, polo.
Why: Leashed pups and BYOB picnics are welcome to the event, which is just 25 minutes north of town.
When: Sat., 5-8:30 p.m. Gates open at 4 p.m.

What: Free sips, bites, and music accompanied by spring clothes for $100 or less.
