You read The Omnivore’s Dilemma. It rocked your table.
Now put your money where your heart is with Terra Sienna grass-fed beef.
The family-run business out in Montague County (90 minutes northwest of the city) raises free-range cows without antibiotics, hormones, or steroids and lets them graze on acres of healthy greens (winter rye, wheatgrass, clover) to produce lean beef that’s richer in omega-3s, vitamins, minerals, and beta-carotene than the junk you’re buying at Albertsons.
Cuts include skirt steak, rump roast, and crosscut shank for osso buco (find the family’s favorite recipe on their site). We used the ground beef for tacos and breakfast burritos.
The company offers free delivery for orders over $200 anywhere in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
