It’s not easy to cram what our forefathers intended to be a four-day weekend into one Wednesday.
Make the most of the midweek holiday with a patriotic feast from The Dutch. Take out Andrew Carmellini’s Texas-style smoked brisket, mustard BBQ pulled pork, Asian-influenced ribs, corn on the cob, cornbread, and watermelon. Mint juleps are $10 if you’d prefer to eat at the restaurant.
The Soho spot also launched a three-course lunch for $28 that changes weekly depending on what’s fresh at the market.
Go fourth and party on.
