Sundown at Granada’s New Menu
What:
The Lower Greenville restaurant and beer garden updates its offerings with the vegan sundown roll (quinoa, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, avocado, seaweed, ponzu, pickled ginger) and fast break flatbread (Vital Farms organic egg, smoked tomatoes, Gouda, organic bacon, wasabi greens).
Why: The food is 70 percent organic, 99 percent non-GMO, and 100 percent edible. That’s a guarantee.
When: Mon.-Fri., 5 p.m.-2 a.m.; Sat. & Sun., 11 a.m.-2 a.m. (Kitchen closes at 1 a.m.)

What:
The Dallas Observer’s yearly toast to arts, fashion, and culture, where the most talented of the bunch walk away with grants.

What:
A six-course dinner to mark one year of perfect pours.

Why: A full day of consequence-free drinking (chauffeured bus included), with pit stops at food trucks to satisfy the munchies.
