Well, at Times Ten Cellars you can leave the math to the experts. The full-service winery opens today in the old post office in Lakewood. It produces two labels: Times Ten Cellars (cabs, syrahs, dry rosé, sauvignon blancs, and rieslings from California) and Cathedral Mountain Vineyards (made with mourvèdre, tempranillo, syrah, petit syrah, grenache, and cabernet sauvignon grapes from West Texas’s Davis Mountains). Sample by the bottle or just have a glass in their tasting room.

How much time will you be spending there? Considering they promise “ten times the fun” and are available for private parties …
