Ice Cream Pedicure

Ice cream: the perfect fix for any of life’s troubles. Bad hair day? Three scoops of Rocky Road. Maniacal boss? A waffle cone of chocolate chunk.

Aching feet? Submerge in one scoop of vanilla.

Okay, so that’s a new one. But The Spa at the Cooper Aerobic Center’s ice cream pedicure is the newest way to indulge on a hot day.

Sink your tired toes into a warm tub filled with a fizzing bath ball (one scoop). After being meticulously cleaned, your feet are exfoliated with one of three ice cream-like sugar scrubs (second scoop). Next, a warm paraffin dip (third scoop) followed by a ten-minute stint in a pair of heated booties will send you into sundae-inspired bliss. Then sit back and relax while a cool mint whipped cream lotion (the perfect topping) is massaged onto your legs and feet.

Once the color goes on, you’re done. Ready to face whatever the day brings — all thanks to ice cream’s simple pleasures.

And none of its complicated guilt.
