Train of Thought

iTrain’s Downloadable Workouts

Excuses, excuses.

They’re so handy when avoiding workouts.

It’s too cold to run outside. It’s too hot to bike. The gym is too far/expensive/germy.

Well, we’ve got good news and bad news. The good being that iTrain has launched a site full of downloadable workouts designed by big name Hollywood trainers. Just sync up your iPod and hit the treadmill, elliptical, stair-climber, or free weights for 20, 40, or 60 minutes, depending on the version you’ve picked.

Or maybe you’d like to mix it up with ballet-based or traditional body sculpting, a good yoga-inspired stretch session, or a hip-hop program (which is actually targeted at teens but fun for all ages). And since prices start at 99 cents, you can afford to test out lots of regimens without breaking the bank.

The bad news?

No more excuses.
