Always dressed in yellow. Not to mention making mistakes and kissing snakes. But who wouldn’t go meshugeneh as the monkey in the middle of those two ugly, evil sisters?

Luckily, it’s a different tale at Pokey O’s, the recently opened sweet shop that redeems all middles by making them the best part of its scrumptious create-your-own ice cream sandwiches.

Start by selecting two of thirteen varieties of freshly baked cookies (like chocolate chip, oatmeal cinnamon raisin, and white chocolate macadamia nut). Then tell the bakers what flavor of Blue Bell ice cream (Dutch chocolate, coffee, or strawberry) to scoop into the center. Add a topping (Butterfinger, Nerds, cherries), and you’re done.

Because of a strip-mall glitch, Pokey O’s is even open for breakfast. Which means you never have to rely on a fairy godmother to deliver the goods.

Thus completely eliminating the middleman.
