Hip to Be Square
Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan

Edgy you’re not.
You like your rock light (muzak forever!), ice cream simple (vanilla, please), and reading material inoffensive (candy wrappers, cute animal blogs).
But you may just change your tune for the ingenious Baker’s Edge brownie pan, specifically designed to create an entire batch of everyone’s favorite brownie: the edge piece.
The brainchild of inventor Matt Griffin, this incredible creation can accommodate most standard recipes for the sweet treats. But it’s equally good for lasagna, casseroles, pot pie, and bread (if you’re hooked on eating just the chewy ends).
Traditional types who prefer middle-of-the-pan brownies need not worry: The shape allows for more even cooking, which means you can have a tray full of centers simply by reducing oven time. So every treat will be soft and edgeless all the way around.
Much like that Barry Manilow album you’re currently enjoying.
