Come on. You so had it coming.

Passing off your penny loafers and pastel polos as urban streetwear? Please. Those jokes could have written themselves.

When you’re tired of being the punch line, get on over to Centre. The new boutique, opening tomorrow in Mockingbird Station, is outfitted like a swanky ’70s penthouse — complete with dark wood, black glass, and stainless steel. And it’s filled with everything you need for a contemporary makeover.

Try kicks for men and women (like the ultra-hip Creative Recreation), outside-the-box clothes (don’t miss Roberta Oaks, Cassette Homme, and MHI by Maharishi), and even eyewear (our favorite: the vintage Christian Dior).

Of course, your cooler-than-thou friends might never stop crackin’ on your lack of street cred. (What’s up, Highland Park?)

But at least your attire’s no longer a laughing matter.
