Ten Under $10

You count your blessings. But the bills in your wallet? Forget it. Here are ten ways to make less seem like more.

2. A day pass on the Trinity Railway Express runs about $4.50. Ride all the way to Fort Worth on the cheap. Because gas is anything but.

4. Can’t make it a Blockbuster night? A library card lets you take home movies from any branch of the Dallas Public Library for free. (Unless you forget to bring them back.)
