Meat and Greet

18th & Vine Catering

get your bbq on!

Since when have you ever really been ready for some football?

Looks like your Dallas Cowboys T-shirt’s good just for free food at Uncle Willie’s house. And that’s only when the team’s having a season worth celebrating.

Tired of starving? Order barbecue from 18th & Vine. The small catering company — owned by brothers Matt and Zach Dallman — specializes in the Kansas City style.

Try hickory and oak smoked ribs; pulled pork; or even the regional fave, burnt ends (chopped brisket cooked up to sixteen hours). Don’t forget to grab a side of cider coleslaw, Parmesan potatoes, or jalapeno grits.

The Dallmans currently operate out of Matt’s house, which means they’re not equipped to handle a group larger than 100. But they’ll readily accommodate smaller parties.

Which is a huge score for your at-home team.
