Take a walk on Reality Row over at the Cosmetology Career Center — a Paul Mitchell partner school where you can get your beauty fixes on the cheap.

The stylists and aestheticians are in training (choose level one or two), but an instructor supervises each service, so there’s no need to worry about mishaps.

Haircuts start at $10, partial highlights at $25, full head at $45, and updos are $25. A basic facial will run you just $30 and a full leg wax just $35. You could do a whole day of beauty for less than $200 (for reals).

Based in Carrollton, it’s a bit out of the way.

But just think: The only thing that’ll get ripped off are those pesky hairs.
