3. You’re open till midnight. Can we really book an appointment for 11 p.m.?

4. Each client gets a file with before and after pics.

5. The online booking option rocks.

6. Your lively tomato and white mod decor makes us want to hang out all day.

7. You carry two of our favorite haircare lines, KMS California and Kevin Murphy.

8. You’ve recruited four talented colorists and sixteen key stylists.
