Cabana Boutique Moves

When you hear the word cabana, you imagine soft ocean sounds, daiquiris, and a man named Fidel fanning you with palm fronds. (Er, guess you’re in Cuba.)

Let Merry Vose interrupt your reverie with Cabana, her beachy fashion boutique that’s got sprawling new digs on West Lovers Lane.

Just past the bungalow’s lavender front doors, four rooms offer plenty of space for breezy goods to breathe. A rack of new designs (Hunter Dixon dresses, Paul & Joe separates, embroidered tunics, graphic totes) dazzle in the front living area, while the back room overflows with ethnic baubles.

Across the hall, sale scores (fall is currently 50-75 percent off) line one wall, and a nearby jumbo-size Moroccan pouf displays fringey sandals by Dolce Vita.

It’s got the island beat.
