Meet Kelly Alexandra, the most sophisticated 13-year-old on the planet. Instead of spending her weekly allowance on burgers and Jonas Brothers tickets, the McKinney resident bought equipment and semiprecious stones to start her own jewelry company.

Her eye-catching designs (necklaces, bracelets, earrings) are created from decoupage, African trade beads, sea glass, and just about anything fresh and fun that pops into her pretty little head. Two consistencies? Everything is handmade and inspired by nature.

Which goes to show that this teen angel’s no Leo the Late Bloomer.

In fact, she’s blossomed.
