Based in Texas, these pastry chefs use only the best ingredients (organic fruit, dairy, and eggs) and have modified traditional European techniques to whip up edible delights for peeps suffering from celiac disease, wheat sensitivities, or autoimmune disorders — or those just trying to keep the digestive track healthy.

The selection ranges from classic brownies, banana bread, and apple pies to creative bites like millet bars, almond kisses, and savory muffins.
