The clown with kinky curls and an evil smile. The bimb-tastic “dancer” that took a shine to your ex while you were on his lap.
Topic of the day: Bubbles you’ve known and loathed.
Find one to love at Bubble, the chic and affordable event space reopening next week (after a serious renovation) in Oak Cliff’s Bishop Arts District.
Imagine the party possibilities: trunk shows, wedding receptions, company off-sites, photo shoots (we hear Neiman’s is a fan).
The space is a big white canvas with a soaring tin-tile ceiling, so the vision is up to you. (Hint: Bertoia, sheepskin, and metal make the place look like a million bucks.) If you’re stuck for ideas, tap owner Scogin Mayo for his event planner roster.
Or, visit during Bubble’s monthly pimped out art shows that feature local painters, sculptors, and shutterbugs.
Pop to it.
Bubble, 413 North Bishop Avenue, Oak Cliff (214-941-6671 or snapbubblepop.com).
