Steak Nite Debuts

Tupac and Notorious B.I.G. have a heart-to-heart in heaven. 

Tupac: Hey, man, that’s a mad grill.

Biggie: You trying to start some beef?

T: No, I’m being real. Check out Off the Grid, the old Dallas Power and Light Building. Looks like they’re setting up to cook some killa steaks tomorrow.

B: Ya think? Since there’s a sign that says “Steak Nite”? Though they got chicken and hot dogs, too.

T: Yeah, says it’s an affordable, outdoor-style picnic catered by Chef DC and open to the public. 

B: Looks like the first round of a regular gig happening every Wednesday.

T: True dat. Look — a band is setting up. Live music and BYOB? Sounds like heaven.
